*This covers device maintenance and account setup so you can begin referring patients.

*After completing your provider setup, you’ll receive access to the referral portal.
Step 3 - Flat Per-Patient Fee $300: Billed after delivery of the final actigraphy study report.
*Includes shipping, scoring, and the clinical interpretation report.

Yes! We have 20+ years of experience conducting actigraphy studies with children, adolescents, and adults.

We are currently using both the AMI MicroMotionlogger Watch and the Condor ActTrust 2.

Depending on the referral question the actigraphy study will be 7-14 days.

If a watch is available it is generally 3 weeks from referral to report:
-Once the referral is received we contact the patient within 2 business days.
-Shipping time is typically 2-3 days, but overnight shipping can be requested (for an additional fee).
-The patient will be asked to return the device at the end of the study (with 2-3 days of shipping time).
-Once the device is received, the data will be scored and the reported generated within 2 business days. -
Nyxeos will send an invoice to be paid by the referring provider with the final report. In turn, the provider can charge their patient for the study. Each study will use CPT code 95803 with a charge of $250, plus $50 for shipping and handling.

Dr. Meltzer will provide a complementary 15 minute consultation as needed. For more complex cases, additional consultation time is billed in 15 minute blocks at a rate of $250/hour.

We also provide support and consultation for research studies, including protocol planning, data scoring, and consultation for consensus meetings.
